INTRODUCTION

KF Enterprises offers professional services in the fields of credit repair, financial education, and real estate consulting. These services may include but are not limited to: credit analysis and dispute processing, financial literacy programs, personal and business credit consulting, real estate investment guidance, digital resource delivery, and coaching. These Services are provided subject to the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.

1. Access to Services

By accessing and using any of KF Enterprises' Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable service agreements. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Eligibility & Registration

To engage in any services, you must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. When registering or enrolling, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information. You are responsible for any activity under your account or enrollment.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use KF Enterprises' Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Misrepresent your identity or credit history.

Submit false or misleading information for credit repair or real estate purposes.

Violate federal or state credit reporting and housing laws.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or share proprietary materials without consent.

KF Enterprises reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if misuse, fraud, or illegal activity is suspected.

4. Payments & Subscription

You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your chosen service or program, as outlined in your service agreement, invoice, or order form.

Subscription Model: Certain services may be billed on a monthly recurring basis, while others may be packaged as one-time programs or payment plans.Payment Terms: Services begin only after payment (full or initial deposit) is received. Missed payments may lead to service suspension or termination.Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable once the service has commenced or a service agreement has been signed.

5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel any service, a written request must be sent to [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time or partial completion. Early cancellations of payment plans may still require balance fulfillment per the contract terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide truthful and accurate documentation (e.g., credit reports, ID, financial records).Respond to requests, approvals, and communications in a timely manner.Avoid misusing credit repair services for fraudulent purposes.Understand that credit repair and real estate results vary depending on credit history, compliance, effort, and external financial factors.

KF Enterprises does not guarantee specific outcomes, including score increases, credit approvals, or real estate closings.

7. Text Message (SMS/MMS) Communications

By submitting your phone number during service registration, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from KF Enterprises related to your account, appointments, service updates, marketing offers, and important notifications.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you may continue using our services without SMS communications if preferred.

8. Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of business. You agree not to publicly defame or disparage KF Enterprises, its employees, or affiliates during or after the agreement. Legal action may be taken in the event of a breach.

9. Intellectual Property

All resources, templates, eBooks, strategies, training materials, and systems provided by KF Enterprises are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted limited use only and may not reproduce, share, resell, or modify these assets without written approval.

10. Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated at any time by KF Enterprises if:

Payments are not received as agreedTerms are violatedThe client engages in illegal or unethical conduct

All outstanding balances must be paid immediately upon termination. Termination does not release the client from financial obligation for services rendered or remaining balance due on payment plans.

11. Limitation of Liability

KF Enterprises is not liable for:

Any loss or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the clientMissed credit repair or loan opportunitiesReal estate market shifts or financial changes beyond our control

In all cases, KF Enterprises' total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client within the past six (6) months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in North Carolina.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By engaging with our credit repair, financial education, or real estate services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
